Booking Policies, Deposits & Pricing

Please read before booking: These policies protect your time and our artists’ time. By booking with New Vizion, you agree to the policies below.

Deposits

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your appointment time and begin the design process.

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit goes toward reserving your artist’s time and preparing your appointment.

Does my deposit go toward the final price?

Yes. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment (unless stated otherwise by your artist).


Rescheduling & Cancellations

How do I reschedule?

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can move your appointment properly. Last-minute reschedules may require an additional deposit.

What happens if I cancel or no-show?

Cancellations and no-shows result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows may require a larger deposit to book again.

What if I’m late?

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. Late arrivals may forfeit the deposit.


Appointment Requirements

What do I need to bring?
  • A valid government-issued ID (required)
  • Reference images (if needed)
  • Comfortable clothing that allows access to the tattoo area
Can I bring a guest?

We recommend keeping guests limited so the artist can stay focused. Some appointments may require no guests depending on the session and shop flow.

Can I get tattooed if I’m sick or sunburned?

No. If you’re sick, sunburned, or your skin is irritated, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for your safety and the best results.


Design Changes

Can I change my design last minute?

Small adjustments are normal. Major design changes may require rescheduling so the artist has enough time to redesign properly.

Do you offer refunds?

All tattoos are final. If you have concerns after your tattoo, please contact us we care about quality and will guide you on next steps when appropriate.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods may vary by artist. Please confirm during booking. Cash is accepted and Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay is available if needed.

Tip: For the most accurate quote, include size, placement, style, and reference photos in your booking request.

Tattoo Pricing Guide

These ranges are general estimates to help you plan. Final pricing depends on design, placement, detail, and the artist you book with.
Full Day Session (8–12 hours)

Price Range: $1000 – $2500

Financing Available: Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay

Half Day Session (4–5 hours)

Price Range: $600 – $1200

Financing Available: Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay

Shop Minimum (business card size)

Price Range: $150 minimum

Financing Available: Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay
